Staff volunteer programmes are a fantastic way to show your clients how much you care about the communities you work within and that you are willing to give staff time to support those who need it most.
In general volunteer programmes can be costly for the company as staff aren't at their desks or in the workshop they are in a school and although doing a great job promoting how caring and understanding your company is their work isn't being delivered or completed.
